Specific Objectives of the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>P\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur nj\u00eb kuptim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb direktivave t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr performanc\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Acquis dhe standardet e BE-s\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshtuar, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar debate publike mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb OJF-t\u00eb dhe banor\u00ebt vendas t\u00eb zonave urbane dhe periferike.<\/li><li>P\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur p\u00ebrfshirjen aktive dhe kapacitetet e organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb lidhje me eficienc\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb n\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe diskutim aktiv midis komuniteteve t\u00eb OJF-ve n\u00eb terren, banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, institucioneve publike, si dhe akadems\u00eb e medias, duke rezultuar n\u00eb zhvillimin e nj\u00eb rrjeti t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuara, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen aktor\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb proceset e zbatimit t\u00eb
